【煤气发生炉|单段式煤气发生炉】

煤气发生炉，又名单段式或一段式煤气发生炉具有产气量大，气化完全，煤种适应性强，煤气热值高，操作简便，安全性能高的特点。
结构特点
炉体结构：全水套结构，自产蒸汽压力为 49KPa ，可直接通入煤气炉做气化剂使用。
加煤机构：液压驱动自动加煤装置，采用上滚筒中插板下钟罩机构或双钟罩结构，操作简单，维修方便，气密性好。
清灰机构：采用液压驱动棘轮、棘爪装置或蜗轮蜗杆装置湿式双侧除灰。
该炉加料、出渣、布风均匀，操作简便、生产稳定、调节方便、运行可靠。
